Event #49, No-Limit Hold'em $1,5000, has found its winner. Michael Linn (USA) took home the first prize of $609,493 after knocking out his final opponent Taylor Larkin (USA) in heads up. Michael was quite lucky with the cards on the final table. Of course the fact that his family and Barry Greenstein was there to support him must have helped a lot as well. A big congratulations to Michael Linn and his first ever WSOP bracelet.

Simply amazing! Phil Ivey won his 10th WSOP gold bracelet on Friday night in the $1,500 Eight-Game Mix tournament! Besides the bracelet and the $166,986 prize money, Ivey won considerably more in side bets made on the proposition of him or Daniel Negreanu winning a bracelet this year!
