At cash, if we play, can have good results there too, but with patience. Here if you are an average player, you can win money and it is not very difficult if you avoid the strong players. Good: For many years now, 888 poker is my main platform where I play poker (I also play on other competing platforms too). I really like it because it's easy to use, both on my desktop computer and on my cell phone. Another reason why I really like it is that it is accessible to most people, because it allows you to play with minimum amounts, after making a minimum deposit of 10 dollars.
I can say that another feature that I like is the fact that it is very safe and fast to deposit and withdraw (it ranges from 2 to 10 days, at least from my personal experience I have never had any problems doing this.

Bad: In the past, they even had some freerolls and multi-cash tournaments where the winners would win "888 merchandise". It's the only thing I wish they had back, because it was good for many beginners to train and build a bankroll. This happened to me when I started.

Poker 888 is one of the biggest pokerrooms and also one of my favourite rooms.
Easy to register and there is large scale of different tables to play so everyone
will found easily what to play.
All the time there is some kind of promotions going on and daily freerolls are
quite nice way to learn how this pokersite works if you just start play poker.
There is also nice loyalty program where you can go upper levels and get
monthly freerolls with nice prize pool up to 25000$ elite tournament.
This site have many ways to deposit money to account and it works nice and
easy , just like it should work in these days.
I mostly play with mobile application in this room and it seems to work quite good ,
before there was much problems with application but few years ago when they update app it cleans many problems.
After all if you have thinks to try some poker site , 888 is good choice to try.
One of my favourite thing in this site is that you can play casino games at the same time when you play poker , because some times poker can be boring...

It’s easy to get started from scratch, because there are a lot of freerolls. Most freerolls on this planet anywhere i guess! Most freerolls have a hyper turbo structure, this saves time, but does not allow you to show high level of play.
a lot of promotions, streams, live events, fan activities in social media (on X specifically).
I would like to note is that there have never been any problems with the withdrawal, although it is not as fast as some competitors offer.
Also almost-almost no problems with servers stability and i like the windows client. I can customize it well enough for my needs. Android client works very fast and stable (however it has 4 tables limit, but it's normal for mobile devices).
Their support is good. Some really nice people work there, they helped me couple of times earlier.

there is enough traffic on the platform, at least for cash games, I am playing the micro stakes, like 2NL 5NL and 10NL. Different variations of games like the well known fast games, but you can also join the normal ring games
the software is easy to use and, for as far I can see it, is really safe to deposit and withdraw. Credit card, ideal and Klarna options are available
Also the options for payments and withdrawals are enough for me
The freerolls for dedicated players (with certain amount of points) are great!

I have been on a poker-hiatus for a couple years since changing jobs and moving far away but started playing casually a while back and am happy to see that although the name and interface have changed it is still the good old 888 that it was. There is a solid player base, you never have to wait long when joining a lobby. I mainly play sit-n-go and small time cash-game and have met some sore people but mostly I've had positive experiences.
Bad:
It's not necessarily a bad thing but for a returning player there are no actual bonuses or promotions that actually are worth it, same as for every other player which is a bit of a shame. There are other clients that do offer returning players bonuses and it's a nice incentive to go for those rather than one that doesn't.
Another bit of a negative is that there are other bigger names out there that have a way bigger player base and while I mostly play small tables if you are looking for big lobbies regularly you might be a bit disappointed since they are fewer.

In my opinion the 888 poker room has some shortcomings, you can play classic poker like cash tournaments but they removed the classic S&G Double or Nothing which in my opinion was entertaining.

Long time ago I used to play here when Pacific poker was the maiden name .I abandoned because the markets always change.But Partypoker ceased operatoins in my country recently I restarted to play here.The cashier is safe and quick easy to upload documents.
Tha software is working smoothly no lags or disconnection.Looks shiny and crhome!

Good: Since is my main platform of poker by chose this easly fall in 'good's' basket .
Therefore it is easy to use ,both softwere pc/phone work flowless ,they have best poker promotions on the market in my opinion (after you made you re first deposit ,min stake 10$) you can play freerools as you please (until you pass tf out ) . Also a pro on 888 is that is the fastest platform out there ,so if you hate slowplay and all that stuff you will definetely enjoi it .
Is safe and fast to deposit and withdraw
Another extra is that the platfor interface is very easy to use and plesant (dark blue ) not some cheap copy paste platform .
Back in the day they also had some freeroll and money multitournaments where the winers would win 888 merchandise ,wich was nice ,i hope in the near future they will consider rewinding it .

1 . They don t have the best customer service (in my opinion ) i saw much better ,so for exemple ,if they somehow you lose a ticket due to short expiration date ,they won t help you .Or if have you re accont temporary closed whikle in a money promotion ,youll most likely lose those money
2 they have a wheel that you can use it once a day that in the past it would have gave you a random price (if you deposited at least once ) .Now if you dont make continious deposit in a month it will give you same prize (ticket to a 400$ mtt)

Good: A pretty solid site that was Pacific then 888. Nice welcome package and quite profitable promotions if you know how to manage them. It took me 10 years to get to level100 which tells you that I dont play that much. They have some good freerolls throughout each month especially on the last Saturday of the month. I think 888 has recently bought William Hill , so I am sure that they know their stuff. FYI , I have found that 888 Sport are a bit slow moving their Horse Racing odds which can give you Arbing opportunities versus the exchanges. There is also a very good freeroll tourney at 3.45 pm UK time on Saturday where a top 50 finish wins you a $109 ticket to a major Sunday evening tournament. I reckon I have achieved this feat 15-20 times over the past 5 years.
Maybe that isnot so good an average but I did not pay anything to rub shoulders with the big boys and girls. Having written the above , I have only cashed twice in the Sunday evening tournament!

-----Good: I haven't registered for this site and I'm very satisfied with it so far, I'm just getting to know this site but it's already taken my fancy, but there's one thing that doesn't really work because the lobby is not in Hungarian, but regardless of that I can get used to it. It has great graphics and It's also pretty fast. They're really cool that they launch free freerolls every day and sometimes they launch larger prize pools, which is very nice of them!!! I think 888 poker is the site that offers the most payment methods, and I'm happy about that because bank card transactions were abolished in Hungary in July -1 for gambling, unfortunately, but since I have a skrill account, this change is not a problem for me!!! The casino is also quickly accessible from the poker lobby and I can collect comp points with your games, which you can exchange for cash or maybe other rewards. They offer a fantastic deposit bonus for newly registered players, also for the 2nd deposit. I did not understand that as a new player I did not receive the free spins for the casino or the free poker tickets for the registration.
-----The waiting time at the customer service is quite long, and it is not certain that you will receive adequate information.

Good: I generally like this site. The software works nicely and is intuitive. I like that they have the rabbit hunting and show your cards options. They have quite a few options for freerolls and micro-stake tournaments. I like the Blast games and Blast Leaderboard (although they have recently lowered the total prizes on the Leaderboard).

Bad: They have done away with a bunch of the 888 Poker Club freerolls that were held daily, weekly and monthly which you qualified for as you achieved higher levels. These were nice as they gave actual prize money. Now the only have one weekly and a couple monthly but for tickets. So not rewarding loyalty as much as they used too. I would like to see some mixed games like Horse and Razz (especially with low buy ins). I would also like more Snap tournaments. I agree with Art75 that the freerolls are focused on paid add ons which I do not like ... a freeroll should be free. I also find that so many of their tournaments have a really long late registration and too many rebuys and add-ons. If you have late registrations they should only be 10 to 40 minutes ... not hours. Also, I would like to be able to get my tournament history on the app. If you need Support they often provide some standard answer without addressing your query or soving your actual problem which is extremely frusyrating. It is hit and miss as eventually I usually get someone who understands my issue and is able to take care of it.
